Elina Lepomäki and Nima Sanandaji

Elina Lepomäki is the Research Director at the Libera Think Tank in Helsinki, Finland. She previously worked in finance and investment banking in London and the Nordic countries for ten years. She holds a M.Sc. in Computer Science and a M.Sc. in Economics, and has completed post-doctoral studies in systems analysis and applied mathematics. Nima Sanandaji holds a PhD from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and is the author of nine books addressing various public policy issues. His latest book, Breaking the Glass Ceiling, or Att Spräcka Glastaken in Swedish, deals with women’s career opportunities and entrepreneurship.
