Whether it be analyzing articles and poems during my free time, reading psychology books elaborating on the concept of social evolution, or relentlessly debating the extent of social equity in my school’s Diversity Group, online Feminist Group called “Women Under Fire” or doing workshops about gender equality with underprivileged South African teenagers, I always find myself coming back to the theme of journalism; assessing specific assets of culture and ethics that are of great significance in the arts.
