The Black Party

New York City’s most notorious Black Party is right around the corner and this year only promises more leather and seductive acts. This nightlife celebration originally originated in the 1980s and it is now known as New York City’s largest gay celebration of the year.

This year’s theme the Mineshaft will transport partygoers into an underground labyrinth of music, men and absolute madness. Renown for its impressive productions and spectacular staging, the 35-year old event magnetizes attendees from around the globe longing to experience New York on the edge.

This event is on Saturday, March 21st, 2015 from 10 pm until Sunday afternoon. This year it will be held at a Brooklyn warehouse located at 1260 Atlantic Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11216. Tickets are $60 per guest. You must be 21 or older to attend this party. Valid ID required.

Coffee and Tea Festival

New York City’s coffee and tea lovers’ paradise is right around the corner as the 10th annual Coffee and Tea Festival is quickly approaching. This festival has consistently been voted as one of New York City’s top 10 best events and it prides itself on offering the best quality coffees and teas available.

Join more than 60 exhibitors from all around the globe to sample an incredible assortment both exotic and local blends of coffees and teas. In addition, a wide sampling of savory sweets and biscuits will also be available to complement the coffee and tea. This festival has something for everyone, whether you’re a coffee addict, tea fanatic or you just need something to satisfy your sweet tooth!

This event takes place at the Brooklyn Expo Center at 79 Franklin Street, Brooklyn, New York 11222. The event begins on Saturday, March 21st, 2015 and Sunday, March 22nd, 2015 from 11:30a.m. -5p.m. Tickets are $25 per guest.

Macy’s Flower Show

Beginning on March 22nd, Macy’s clothes and accessories won’t be the only bright objects decorating its storefront windows. Macy’s annual flower show celebrates the bright colors of spring fashion lines and the city’s final reprieve from winter. The vibrant colors, enchanting displays and delicious scents are bound to put everyone in a cheerful mood.

The show begins on March 22nd and continues on until April 4th and is filled with special events such as live music, guest speakers and kids’ activities.
