MADRID, SPAIN. This hip coffee shop offers ideal coffee and deserts. The menu is small, showing the place’s focus on creating great coffee. Their coffee comes from single origin beans roasted in house. I really recommend this place if you are a sophisticated coffee drinker.

A small Coffee with milk is 1,50 euros. Cappuccino is priced at 2,00 euros. Deserts vary between 2 and 2,50 euros. The last time I visited, I got an Oreo banana bread that was really good. My coffee was super flavorful and top quality. I also hear that their carrot cake and orange infused cappuccinos are very tasty.

The place is small, but can seat around ten comfortably. The décor is very cool and cozy, with varied furniture and a wooden interior. The staff is super friendly. It can be hard to find because it is on a side street and is small with a modest presence.

It is the perfect place to get a quick coffee with a friend while walking in Malasaña. Visit Plaza Dos de Mayo after to sit for a second and people watch.

Wi-fi is free. Classes on barista training and coffee are offered. Baristas also speak pretty good English.
