MADRID, SPAIN. A series of funny posters spotted throughout the Spanish capital. In the Juan Carlos I park, where anyone can rent bikes for free, a sprayer says, “no bikes for babies,” while in the party district, another person has put up a sign stating “beer for dogs.”
