THURSDAYS RETURN TO MADRID
In this new initiative, different establishments of leisure, bars, and concert venues come together to take advantage of every Thursdays in April, with the aim of promotings its tourist attraction. In short, it is an opportunity to live recreational, cultural, and gastronomical experiences. Some establishments participating among others are:
- Restaurants: Beer Station, Los 500 de Donosti, The Irish Rover
- Clubs: Bogui Jazz, Joy Eslava, Kapital Theater
- Performing Arts: Fine Arts Theater, La Latina Theater
- Live Music: Berlin Caberet, Moby Dick, Siroco
- Bars: El Intruso, Sideral, Tempo Club
It will be every Thursdays during the month of April.

POPULAR MARATHON OF MADRID (EDP ROCK ‘N’ ROLL MADRID MARATHON & ½)
The marathon known for its runners such as Mapoma is one of the most important sports events on a national level. It is part of the Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon series and includes a score of venues with live music and parallel careers. In this year’s edition, the last part of the run will be smoother. The race will start at Cibeles and end at Retiro.
It will take place on April 26, at 8:30 h (10 km.) o 9:00 h (marathon and a half)
The entrance is free. the numbers and other materials should be picked up on the 24th and 25th of April (from 10 to 21 and 10 to 20 respectively) at the Cristal Pavilion in Casa de Campo.

JOSÉ HIGUERA EXHIBITION
In this exhibition, you can see more than twenty paintings that reflect nature, sensitivity, and the landscape of the city: the ocean, streets, landmarks in Madrid’s city center, and etc. José Higuera was an artist from 1985, and he has exhibited in California and Taiwan. He is known for the use of light and color in women and children.
You can visit the exhibition until April 30th at the Zúccaro Gallery (C/ Hermosilla, 38), at the hours of 10:30 to 14 h and 17:30 to 20:30 (from Mondays to Saturdays).

LUIS PIEDRAHITA MONOLOGUES
This well known comedian talks to us about everyday life, with white and surreal humor in the monologue that makes up the show “Castilian is a Laudable Language, Speak It, Who Speaks It.” The public has an active role, being able to contribute their suggestions.
The show takes place on April 30th, at 23:45, at Callao City Lights (Plaza Callao, 1).
