The Little Owl Café | West Village
The iconic “Central Perk” building (for all of you Friends enthusiasts), at the corner of Bedford and Grove, serves up some weekend brunch dishes that are to die for. The beignettes with nutella and raspberry sauce are classic, but if you’re feeling adventurous, go for the Chilaquiles (eggs and avocado with a delicious Mexican flare).

The Kitchenette | Uptown & Tribeca
For a brunch that will take you back to Mom´s cooking, head downtown (or uptown) to The Kitchenette. Indulge in classic weekend brunch comfort foods (the Farmhouse Breakfast eggs and biscuits, for example) or for those of you with a sweet tooth, try one of the many mouth-watering flavors of pancakes, waffles or french toast (We suggest the Baked Crème Brulee French Toast and the Gingerbread Pancakes) from 9:00 am – 4:30 pm.

Jack’s Wife Freda | West Village & SOHO
Well-known for its friendly and comfortable atmosphere, Jack’s Wife Freda has a unique and (relatively) healthy brunch menu with some of the tastiest breakfast dishes. Restaurant-goers rave about the Rosewater Waffle (topped with Lebanese yogurt, mixed berries and honey syrup) and the Madame Freda (Pressed sandwich with duck prosciutto, cheddar béchamel, gruyere and a fried egg).

The Bluebell Café | Gramercy
The Bluebell Café offers a warm, inviting interior and chef Scott Hawley´s inventive recipes (breakfasts fuse a gourmet French cuisine and traditional American home-cooking). The Eggs Benedict and Brioche French Toast are some of the crowd-favorites.

Breakfast in bed? Dudleys offers what we have all been looking for: breakfast delivery straight to your doorstep. However, the real brunch experience is at one of the window tables, where you can relax, people watch and enjoy the Wild Shrooms Benedict or Creamy Oatmeal (for a lighter option).

A charming and homey atmosphere for your weekend brunch (reminiscent of a café you could find in Charleston, for example), Penelope has some of the most irresistible dishes. If you’re in the mood for a savory breakfast, go for the Salmon Wrapped Poached Eggs and if you´re in the mood for something sweeter, indulge in the Nutella French Toast.
