MADRID, SPAIN. This cozy coffee shop is great for breakfast or having an intimate cup of coffee with friends. The design is a mix of modern and old, with vintage furniture and glass platforms from which you can look below. Books and art cover the walls. There is a very relaxing vibe, which makes you feel very welcome. There is also a lot of natural light from their large windows, adding to this peaceful atmosphere. It is in the Lavapies neighborhood, which is a great place to explore and find other hole-in-the-wall shops and cafes.

This place is great for breakfast, with preset breakfast menus. Illy coffee and nutella spread on a large piece of artisanal bread comes to three euros. The tea is also really good. We ordered a green tea that came strong and frothy green. Some mornings they have musical brunches, with live music on site. You can check out their scheduled events on their Facebook page,
