I wanted this lipstick since the start of Autumn and faced disappointment when it was sold out in every store nearby, however I know understand why! This dark red lipstick was super cheap and definitely worth every penny. The texture is a creamy matte and it’s lasting power is incredible for the price. It stays on all day without needing to be reapplied and the colour would complement any skin tone and complexion.

One of MAC’s most coveted lipsticks, Diva is a dark purple shade. MAC’s matte lipsticks are adored by everyone, from celebrities to bloggers everyone has raved about their texture and at a mid-range price they make for the perfect gift this Christmas!

A more luxurious option at a higher price, this Chanel lipstick comes in their signature sleek, black and gold case embossed with the white lettered logo we all recognise. The Rouge Noir make-up collection was released with winter and Christmas in mind and consists mainly of dark colours and sparkles. This lipstick is darker than the others, closer to a brown on the colour scale and extremely sultry.
